This is a delightful and charming story.
The story’s themes of friendship, imagination, and fun, but the real lesson is aimed at parents: "Fuel your child’s wonder." I think this is a beautiful and meaningful message.
The characters are well-written. Ellie appears more cautious, while Kim is more assertive, making their interactions engaging for the reader. Mrs. Taylor is the mastermind behind the girls' quest to find leprechauns.

The author nicely conveys a sense of possibility … a link between children’s imaginative play and their ability to problem solve.

'I recently finished reading this book to my 4-year-old daughter. It was such a cute story, not only capturing her attention as we dove into Kim and Ellie's hunt for leprechauns, but mine too! At the end of each chapter we would look at each other with excitement, and flip the page to keep reading. Great story!'
